Antung Group is vigorously promoting industry-academia collaboration to cultivate forward-looking technological talents.

In pursuit of the operational objectives of ESG corporate sustainable development, Antung Group has introduced heavy-duty commercial vehicles from the European brand IVECO. Following the footsteps of IVECO's original factory, the group is synchronously advancing in the path of energy transition and achieving net-zero carbon emissions. With the recognition that heavy-duty diesel vehicles complying with the EU's Stage VI emission standards have been officially implemented in Taiwan, and to assist in cultivating excellent technical manpower while fostering close industry-academia collaboration in Taiwan's technical and vocational education, Antung Group has announced a donation of IVECO tractor and New Holland Skid Steer Loader to The Affiliated Taoyuan Agricultural & Industrial Senior High School of National Taipei University of Technology. These donations will be used for teaching, internships, and training in the field of power machinery.

The Power Machinery Department is actively involved in nurturing operational and maintenance technical talents for engineering machinery, aerospace power, and marine power, in response to the industry trend of electromechanical integration. The department also provides guidance for students to obtain various relevant technical certifications. The donated IVECO tractor, equipped with a high-pressure common rail diesel engine and SCR emission control technology, complies with the Euro 6 emission standards. It can seamlessly integrate into the school curriculum for teaching purposes, complementing existing internship equipment such as high-pressure common rail diesel engines, computer diagnostic instruments, and electronic fuel injector test benches. This integration facilitates seamless alignment with the industry, enhancing the effectiveness of teaching.

To promote industry knowledge and enhance the technical development of practitioners, the newly established Chang Rong Machinery Prosprise IVECO Flagship Exhibition Center has set up a technician training classroom. This facility serves as the Asia-Pacific training base for the group's forward-looking technical talents. It also provides internship opportunities for students to apply for, aiming to enable them to directly learn the technological applications used in the industry. This initiative strengthens students' technical and practical capabilities, bridges the gap between theory and practice, and collectively contributes to the cultivation of professionals who seamlessly integrate theory with practical application.
